    Usual no staff allocated to work at check out, will this situation change? I do not think so, even the self serve is not convenient. Doing the right thing by purchasing a 'Woollies' bag create a hassle as well, by being questioned at every instance if I have paid for this. Surely there is a better system than this continual inquisition.

    A disappointing morning for my husband. He waited for ages at the deli section to buy some seafood msrinara. As he waited he decided on prawns. Still no service so he gave up, returned what he had in the basket and went to coles
